Meet our Director
Ross Exton is the Director of Watch and Learn Productions. He is a creative and passionate communicator with 15 years of hands-on experience as an innovative video and multimedia producer. He is adept at managing a variety of creative, educational and technical projects simultaneously; from concept, to design, production, editing and publication.
“Since childhood I have lived with a hearing loss that has shaped how I perceive and engage with the world around me.
Throughout my own education, I experienced the importance of non-verbal and visual communication. I learned how to overcome this invisible barrier, and developed a talent for exploring, understanding and sharing new ideas in visual ways to make them more accessible to others.
I have a passion for asking questions, embracing diverse perspectives, accessibility, helping others, and enacting positive social change. I strive to inspire curiosity in others and I’m hugely passionate about equity in education - especially in regards to the Deaf and Disabled community.”
